Ltd (TCPH) is a company in conjunction of Aplan Properties Co., Ltd a company with a proven track record of development of residential and mixed-use projects for over 15 years in Phuket who are also partnered with individuals in the cement & construction materials & high technology industries.

TCPH has core values to deliver high asset value properties to its diverse range of International clients and for its investors and stakeholders. TCPH will also retain over 50% of the unit inventory within this development as part of its asset portfolio, ensuring that its goals are aligned with the clients who choose our properties.
