Celestia Villas are available for purchase under both freehold and leasehold options:

• Leasehold Title: Foreign buyers can acquire the land on a 30-year lease, renewable for up to 90 years, and enjoy freehold ownership of the villas.
• Freehold Title: Thai buyers or foreign nationals purchasing through Thai limited companies can own both the land and the villas outright.
